Why GEM?

Growth Empowered by Mentorship

Our team is dedicated to hosting short (but sweet) mentorship programs to connect passionate individuals interested in taking the next step in their careers.

Whether you’re a mentor looking to get experience guiding individuals and sharing your journey OR a mentee hoping to receive some career guidance, you’re in the right place.

Each program’s theme is thoughtfully chosen to help specific groups navigate their career.

How the 4-Week Program Works ⤵️

Apply

Fill out the form below to apply to one of our upcoming GEM Programs. We accept applications on a rolling basis and host programs every quarter. Our team will review your application and get back to you ASAP with an invitation to our Opal Community Slack. 

A member of our team will reach out to you via LinkedIn or email with an invitation to join our Slack Community. Once you’re there, we’ll add you to our program-specific channel where we share updates, resources, and upcoming events related to the program. 

Join

We’ll take all of your preferences to match you with a mentee or mentor on the first day of the program. For the next four weeks, we’ll share recommended action items, reflection points, and more tips.

Trust us when we say the four weeks flies by. Our hope for you is that you and your match complete one goal together at a pace that works for both of you. Meeting frequency, communication preferences, goal-setting, and any other details are all up to you and your match. Our team will provide the tools, tips, and resources for you both.

GEM Program Application

We’re on a mission to make mentorship accessible to everyone. We ask that if you only apply for a program if you’re ready to actively engage with your match. If you feel like the timing isn’t right to participate, please consider applying to join our community for now. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
